GOODBYE BAD ODORS! 👋

Frequently asked questions

How does CHEMZ work?

Chemz acts directly on the molecules that cause bad odors, neutralizing them permanently and irreversibly.

It should be sprayed directly onto areas with bad odors. After application, allow it to dry naturally, with no need to rinse.

What is the scent of the perfumed version?

The scented version has a fruity fragrance, with a fresh and delicate aroma. You can order with confidence: if you don't like it, we will exchange it at no extra cost.

Is CHEMZ safe?

Our formula is completely safe and was developed for regular use in both domestic and professional environments. Chemz is manufactured in Portugal and is registered with the European agency ECHA.

When will I receive my order?

Our team will prepare and ship your order within 24 hours of confirmation and payment. The average transit time is 2 to 3 business days in mainland Portugal and Spain, and up to 21 business days for the islands.

Can I buy CHEMZ in physical stores?

We have a physical store in Alcochete, where you can pick up your order. For the rest of the country, we sell exclusively online. You will not find CHEMZ anywhere else.
